Ed Furbee: Personal Page

Born and raised in NYC I moved to Atlanta in 1977 to go to college where I made a small career of going to school. I met and married my wife in 1987. We move to Jacksonville in 1995 as part of a corporate relocation. After 15-1/2 years with the same company did not survive a second buy out. Was called redundant as me and my team were let go. Been called a lot of things this was a first. After leaving my long term employer I entered the wonderful worlds of mortgages. My first taste of sitting behind the microphone came in Jacksonville filling in for another local talk show host.

My daughter recently has become a teenager now I hope me and Mrs. Furbee survive.
